One of my main responsibilities at One Medical was writing monthly emails to keep our members engaged, informed, and empowered. Here are a few of my favorites.

Mental Health
Awareness Month
(2022)

Mental health and physical health go hand in hand. The goal of this email was to reduce the stigma around seeking help with mental health concerns (sooner rather than later) and letting members know about the services your One Medical primary care provider can provide.

Women’s health
MONTH (2023)

For Women’s Health Month, the team wanted to put out an email that educates our members on women’s health issues in an inclusive way. With input from our clinical team and employee resource groups, we were able to create messaging that reflects the personalized care One Medical provides — regardless of age, gender identity, sexual orientations, and whatever makes you, you.

help with
headaches

Many people suffer with headaches, but they’re often seen as something too small or common to seek care for. In this email, we aimed to educate on what triggers headaches, how to find relief, and how headaches can be a sign of more serious health issues.

Nutrition, not
diet culture

Nutrition is important to both mental and physical health, but with all the misinformation and toxic diet culture floating around it can be hard to find that healthy balance. We wanted to remind our members that One Medical primary care providers are a great resource in navigating nutrition in the context of your specific needs.
